Delivery times

• Once payment is confirmed, your order is collected and dispatched by FedEx within 2 to 3 working days. Remote areas may take 3 to 4 working days. Delivery dates depend on local FedEx conditions.

Tracking and address changes

• Once your order has shipped, you can find the FedEx tracking number under My Account, then Orders.
• To change an address after dispatch, contact us on WhatsApp at +852 6634 2435. Any additional charges are the customer's responsibility.
• If delivery fails for reasons on your side, contact FedEx directly to arrange redelivery. After repeated failed attempts your order may be cancelled without a refund.
