Membership terms and conditions

PRESTIGE membership
• Membership points and benefits cannot be transferred, under any circumstances.
• Redeem your available points on or before 31 July. Any unused rewards expire after that date. Your points and your spending both reset to zero on 1 August, and you begin earning again from there. Your tier is not affected by the reset and stays as it is.
• Membership ends after 12 months with no purchase. When it does, the account returns to BASIC and both points and tier start again from zero.
• Members who join during their birthday month do not receive the PRESTIGE birthday voucher or birthday points in the following year.

Points redemption
• Points can only be redeemed on the official CS12 Hong Kong website. They cannot be redeemed with our local authorised retailers or agents.
• All rewards are subject to availability, on a first-come, first-served basis.
• We announce the redemption programme by email and SMS each January and July.
• Redeemed gifts have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another person.

• CS12 Skin Experts Limited reserves the right of final decision.
