After payment is confirmed, orders will be picked up and shipped by FedEx within 2-3 business days. Remote areas may take 3-4 business days. Delivery days are based on FedEx’s local transportation conditions.

 

 

After shipment, you can check the FedEx tracking number under “My Account” – “Orders.”

To change the delivery address after shipment, please contact customer service via WhatsApp at +852-66342435. Any additional fees will be borne by the customer.

If the parcel cannot be successfully delivered due to personal reasons, please contact FedEx directly to make arrangements. If multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful, your order may be canceled and non-refundable.
