Hong Kong

• Free shipping

Macau S.A.R

• For orders less than HK$500, a delivery fee of HK$30 will be charged.

• SF Express Service (Hong Kong & Macau)
• SF Smart Locker (Hong Kong only)

Delivery days and schedule

• Once the payment is confirmed, the order will be ready within 1-2 business days. Subject to stock availability.
• Under normal circumstances, it will take 2-3 working days for the delivery service to be delivered to the designated delivery address. It may take 3-4 working days in remote areas.
• SF Express service is temporarily suspended on weekends and public holidays.

Shipment Tracking/Shipping Address Change

• Once shipped, you can find the tracking number in “My Account > My Orders”. Please click here to track your shipment.
• After delivery, any request for address change should be handled directly by contacting the customer service department of SF Express. Any additional costs will be borne by the customer.
• If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express directly to make arrangements. In the event of multiple unsuccessful deliveries, your order may be cancelled without refund.

SF Smart Locker (Hong Kong only)

• The Hong Kong phone number provided in the order must be able to receive SMS notifications.
• Once the payment is confirmed, the order will be ready within 1-2 business days. Subject to stock availability.
• Under normal circumstances, it will take 2-3 working days for the delivery service to be delivered to the designated delivery address.
• Upon delivery, the customer will receive an SMS notification with the locker password. Customers should go to the selected locker to pick up their order.
