Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
In order to ensure a smooth return and exchange process, please read the following terms carefully:
• Please keep all packing materials, including waybills and ordered products.
• If you receive your item with a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours to request a return or exchange.
• Before submitting a return or exchange request, please ensure that your item meets our return and exchange conditions. We will process your application and let you know the status as soon as we receive it.
• The refund or exchange process will be completed at least 5 business days after we receive the returned item.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange request in the following circumstances:
• Merchandise received without inspection is reported as damaged.
• The time limit for requesting a return or exchange has expired.
• Items that have been opened or damaged due to personal reasons.
• Missing waybills or invoices.
• Products that are not sold on our official website.
• Non-existent product quality defects.
• There are slight differences between the product image and the actual product.
